Directions: From I-40, get off at the Lovell Rd. exit. Head south-bound on Lovell Rd. The next stoplight will be Turkey Creek Rd. Turn right. Greenway is on the right.
Parkside Greenway is located between Campbell Station Road and Lovell Road along the south border of I-40/I-75. The greenway skirts the scenic Turkey Creek Wetland. The Turkey Creek Wetland is the largest wetland area in Knox County and is managed by the Isaak Walton League.
As approved by City Council on October 10, 2017, the former Turkey Creek Greenway was renamed as Parkside Greenway as the City greenway connects to the Town of Farragut's Parkside Greenway and as Farragut has had a Turkey Creek Greenway in a different area since the mid 1980s.
The greenway begins at Lovell Road (connecting to the road's sidewalk system that links to a multitude of restaurants), runs behind the Turkey Creek Shopping Center (with several connections to access the stores and restaurants along the way), and ends at the sidewalk system along Campbell Station Rd.
