Have you ever thought about riding the bus to work but were hesitant to buy a pass?  Well, Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) and the Office of Sustainability, long with the Employee Benefits Department are proud to offer FREE bus passes to City Employees.

All benefits-eligible employees are able to receive one (1) free 20-ride pass each month.  To request your pass, please complete the Bus Pass Application [PDF] and return it to Employee Benefits.

This program is a commitment from the City to enhance its benefits package, reduce City greenhouse gas emissions, and reduce parking congestion.  Each ride on the bus will help keep more of your hard-earned dollars in your pocket by lowering your gas bill.

For more information on route planning, or how to use a bus pass, please visit KAT's website at:  www.katbus.com. Printed maps and information on using a 20-ride pass are also available in the Employee Benefits Office, Room 504 in CCB.
