Due to overnight snow and ice, all City offices and facilities will be closed today (Friday, Jan. 19, 2024).
Public Service Department crews have been working throughout the night to
plow streets and spread salt, but road conditions this morning are dangerous.
City officials recommend that motorists stay off the roads.
Currently, Public Service crews are emphasizing treatment of
Level 1 and Level 2 streets – the City’s main thoroughfares and connector roads – as well as improving access to hospitals. They will be addressing Level 3 and neighborhood streets as conditions allow.
