Adair/Sue Clancy Greenway is a series of loops within Adair Park that totals 1.0 miles of paved trail. There is a playground, a gazebo, and a duck pond along the peaceful greenway. Adair Park features plant materials that are reminiscent of the former City Nursery.

A new extension of the greenway south of Adair Drive adds an additional 1.0 miles of greenway. This new greenway segment connects through Lynnhurst Cemetery along Lynnhurst Creek and connects to Old N. Broadway north of I-640.  The greenway extension is a combination of pavement and gravel tread.
