Annual Action Plan PY26
The City of Knoxville's Housing and Neighborhood Development Department is developing its
Annual Action Plan Update to its
Five-Year Consolidated Plan for the proposed use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG),
HOME Investment Partnerships Act, and
Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds for program year 2026-2027.
When a draft Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2026 (AAP PY26) has been created, it will be available from this page.
A public meeting regarding AAP PY26 was held on January 13, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. at the City of Knoxville Public Works Service Center, 3131 Morris Avenue, Knoxville 37909. A copy of the presentation from that meeting can be obtained by clicking
