Hello Everyone-

Our annual enrollment is underway! In fact, time is running out.

You only have until November 30th to add or drop dependents or to make any changes to your benefit elections.

So, what benefits does the City offer? We have health, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance and even health bonuses that put money right back into your paycheck!

The City’s benefits are customizable, meaning you can choose the best options for you and your family.

A lot of people will ask: If I don’t plan on changing my coverage from this year---do I even need to login? Well, consider the following:

1) Do you need to add or drop dependents or make any changes to your coverages?

2) Do you need to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account or Sell Annual Leave? (A new election is required every year).

3) Is your personal information up to date – address, phone number, emergency contact?

4) Do you need to update your life insurance information, either beneficiaries or your election amount?

5) Have you received your screening at The Center and need to elect My Health for the wellness credit?

If you answered yes to any of the questions, then you need to log into PeopleSoft.

Your benefits are too important to not double check. Our system will populate information based on this year’s selections; you just need to approve it.

If you need help enrolling, you may call Benefits at 865-215-2111 to make an appointment for a one-on-one phone session.

Thank you and again your deadline to enroll is November 30, 2020.
