The Housing and Neighborhood Development Department held its first public meeting to discuss the 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan on January 23, 2024. The Annual Action Plan governs funding for affordable housing and non-housing community development activities starting July 1, 2024.

blighted, or challenging properties
into productive use

Administer and strategically leverage federal, state, and local grants to support the City's goals related to housing and healthy neighborhoods



Disability Services information
Supporting accessibility across city facilities, parks, neighborhoods, and disability-related programs and policies

Current and archived reports and plans for Annual Action Plan, Cares Act, Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Reports, Fair Housing, meetings and more
