Why a Trolley Study?
Why a Trolley Study?
Downtown Knoxville is growing and changing at a rapid pace, and the downtown trolley system is a major piece to the downtown transportation puzzle. We want to be sure that we’re keeping up with where development is occurring and operating the system so that everyone - visitors, downtown residents and employees – can enjoy the system and get where they need to go.
Process and Timeline
We want to hear from you on what you’d like for the system to look like. We’re hosting several “Trolleys on Tap” outreach events at various locations downtown. Come by and visit with us, grab a marker and design your own trolley route! Locations and times are listed below.
Can’t make it to Trolleys on Tap? Then take our brief online survey at
http://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KAT-Trolley
.
We’ll be taking input through October 16th of this year. Then, we’ll put it all together and see what we’ve got. Meanwhile, we’ll be keeping everyone informed via this blog, so check it for updates on what we’re hearing.
