As demolition and site preparation on the former St. Mary's Hospital campus in North Knoxville move into April, the City's $46.5 million investment in a Public Safety Complex and adjoining space for private redevelopment remains on schedule.
Work on the 7th and 8th floors of the Professional Office Building is wrapping up, while other crews have been prepping the lower levels by removing lights, doors and ballasts prior to full-scale interior demolition.
