Video from The Change Center Groundbreaking Event 
Mayor Rogero announced today that construction will begin on The Change Center, the 20,000-square-foot space adjacent to Overcoming Believers Church that will be a fun and safe place for young people to hang out and find job and mentorships. More than 3,300 donors raised $3 million to get the Center off the ground; $527,000 remains to be raised for furniture, fixtures and equipment.
