Thanks, Senator Whitehouse! 
A few weeks ago, Mayor Rogero was happy to greet Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island in her office. He was in Knoxville to speak at the Outdoor Writers Association of America Conference, and he wanted to hear about Knoxville's efforts on carbon emissions reduction and climate resilience.
