City Community Relations Director, Thomas "Tank" Strickland was recently awarded the 2015 Jayne Thomas Grassroots Volunteer recognition Award.
Strickland is well known in Knoxville as a life-long, dedicated grassroots volunteer who has served through out his professional and public career with a goal to create community change and positively impact lives.
