As an update, the Knoxville Transportation Authority approved the trolley plan with a couple of revisions: Summit Towers will still be served at their door on Locust Street from 9am-4pm once per hour Monday - Saturday, and the routing for the southernmost route (shown in green below) will use Hill Avenue all the way to Howard Baker Jr.

 Changes will take effect May 2, 2016. Meanwhile, we're also working on some other recommendations for the trolley system that we heard from our outreach efforts, like more fun and visible trolley stop signage.
