Update on missing Jefferson County woman, Tiffany Trull

The body recovered in the water off the 10800 block of Rogers Island Road on Monday, March 9 by deputies with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office has been positively identified as missing Jefferson County woman, 48-year-old Tiffany Trull.

The body was transported to the Knox County Medical Examiner’s Office, where it will undergo an autopsy.

Foul play is not suspected at this time, but investigators with the Knoxville Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit are continuing to follow all leads related to her disappearance. The investigation is proceeding and there is no further information at this time.
